Barbara Jane Jensen

Barbara Jane Jensen, 88, of Dodge Center, MN passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Hospital Methodist Campus.

Barbara was born on August 5, 1934, in Kasson-Mantorville, MN to Samuel and Margaret (Hopkins) Bartel.  She married Donald Jensen on December 19, 1952.

Barbara enjoyed playing Bingo and watching the Minnesota Twins.  Barb adored her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Barbara is survived by her children, Debra (Charles) Johnson, Julie (Robert) Bowman, Bonnie Jensen, David Jensen, Korina (Jay) Osborn, Dale (Tamera) Jensen, Darrin Jensen, Dallas (Barbara) Jensen, and Dennis (Naomi) Jensen; 33 grandchildren; 56, great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and counting; brothers, Milton (Marcia) Bartel and Phil Bartel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Jensen; daughter, Linda Bowman; son-in-law, John Bowman; son, Daniel Jensen; grandson, Isaac Monson; great-grandsons, Matt and Brock Jensen; and son-in-law, Charles Jensen.
