Beverly Ann Oakland

Beverly Ann Oakland, 55, of Dodge Center, MN passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022, at her home.

Beverly was born on March 22, 1967, in Apple Valley, MN to Dale and Alice (Wangsnes) Cady.  She graduated from West Concord High School in 1985.  She then went on to receive her nursing degree and worked at Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center, MN and later at Samaritan Bethany in Rochester, MN.  She worked there until she became disabled in 2009.  She married Lonnie Oakland on September 21, 1996, in Dodge Center, MN.  Together they had three children.

Beverly enjoyed latch hooking, gardening, and flowers.  She loved any time she was able to spend with her family.  She will be deeply missed.

Beverly is survived by her husband, Lonnie Oakland of Dodge Center, MN; daughters, Amanda Oakland of Hayfield, MN and Katelyn Oakland of Bismark, ND; sister, Barbara Clark of Kasson, MN; and brother, Charles Clark of Mantorville, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Matthew.

A funeral service will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Faith Lutheran Church, 308 2nd St NW Dodge Center, MN with Reverend Nate Luong officiating. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes, 25 South St SW Dodge Center, MN and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Riverside cemetery in Dodge Center, MN.
