Brenda Lea Hanenberger

Brenda Lea Hanenberger, 56, of Byron, MN passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Orlando Hanenberger; grandparents and many other aunts and uncles.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Curt Klingsporn; mother, Florence Hanenberger; brother, Allen (Betty) Hanenberger; children, Cory (Amanda) Hanenberger, Megan (Riley) Mickelson, Katie Gisselberg, and Jacob Klingsporn; grandchildren, Emma, Anna, Alina and Herbie; nieces and nephews, Jessica, Mathew (Michelle), Adam (Amanda), Kristina (Anthony), Jonathan (Michelle); 6 great nieces and nephews and many aunts and uncles.

Family was everything to Brenda, including her love for animals. Her most cherished title was grandma. She enjoyed cross-stitching, fishing, gardening, playing cards and watching the Vikings with Curt and her kids. She also shared an unbreakable bond with her mother.

Brenda had the strongest spirit, was a super fighter and will be greatly missed. She was the best mom anyone could ask for, and will never be forgotten.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2025, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes, 801 7th St SE in Kasson, MN with Pastor Kristen Schlauderaff officiating.  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her service at the funeral home.  Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Kasson, MN.
