CHARLENE MARIE CHRISTENSEN
Charlene Marie Christensen, 55, of Blooming Prairie, MN passed away on December 28, 2016, in Canton, MN.
Charlene was born on September 26, 1961, the daughter of Charles and Lois (Lamb)Christensen in Hayfield, MN. She attended Hayfield and Dodge Center High Schools. Charlene was united in marriage to James Johnson and later divorced. She enjoyed craft making, loved the ocean and the beach, finding sea shells, and spending time with grandchildren.
Charlene is survived by sons, James Johnson, Jr., Wisconsin; Jesse Johnson, Byron, MN; Jeff Johnson, Waltham, MN; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Darline Christensen, Florida; Peggy Zelinske, Dodge Center, MN; Charles Christensen, Jr.; Blooming Prairie, MN; Christine Christensen, Florida; Kevin Christensen, Florida; Sherri Christensen-Pham, Alabama; Michael Bisaccio, Alabama; and Clinton Christensen, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Diane.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 25,South Street SW in Dodge Center. Memorials are preferred to the family.
