CLARA GENE "PAT" POGALZ

The memorial service for Clara Gene "Pat" Pogalz will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Faith Lutheran Church, 308 ~ 2nd Street NW, Dodge Center, MN with Reverend Justin Boeding officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.
Clara Gene "Pat" Pogalz, 70, died on November 20, 2010, at Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center.
Clara Gene "Pat" Cook was born on September 19, 1940, the daughter of Geary and Clara (Haley) Cook in Crockett, TX. Pat was united in marriage to Herbert Pogalz on July 20, 1958, at Grace Lutheran Church in Dodge Center. Pat and her husband moved to Dodge Center in 1969, and farmed until 1982.
Pat was the Dodge County 4-H Youth Agent for the U of M Extension Service. Later Pat was a social worker for Fairview Care Center until her retirement. Pat was active in church activities and enjoyed camping and traveling. She and her husband were snowbirds in Texas.
Pat is survived by her husband, Herbert Pogalz, Dodge Center, MN; son, Paul Pogalz, Dodge Center, MN; daughter, Pam (John Buss) Kober, Milton, WI; five grandchildren, one great grandchild, and one brother, Tom (Janet) Cook, Mobile, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Geary.
Family prefers memorials to Fairview Care Center or donor's choice.
Czaplewski Family Funeral Home 110 West Main Street in Dodge Center is in charge of arrangements.
