Danny M. Ryan, Sr. age 66, of Hayfield, MN died September 1, 2016 in a trucking accident in Omaha, NE.

Danny was born May 4, 1950 in Kansas City, MO to Rodney and Leona (Olcott) Ryan. He married Debra Barth. Danny was a truck driver for over 20 years and for the last two years worked for Eagle Transportation in Rochester. He served in the United States Marines and enjoyed watching movies.

He is survived by his wife, Debra of Hayfield; two sons, Shawn Ryan of Rochester and Robert Ryan of Stewartville; his mother, Leona Kelly and sister, Linda both of Independence, MO; three grandchildren, Mary, Shawn and Brandon. He is preceded in death by his father; one brother; one sister; and one son.

Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2016 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Hayfield. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Hayfield with military honors provided by the Hayfield American Legion.

Arrangements are being handled by Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes in Hayfield.
