The funeral service for David Leo Boley will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Trinity Lutheran Church 104, 1st Street SE in Hayfield, MN with Reverend Paul Hauschild officiating.
David Leo Boley, 55, passed away at his home in Hayfield, MN on November 12, 2012.
David Leo Boley was born on May 2, 1957, the son of Lawrence and Janet (Brewer) Boley in Corydon, Indiana. He graduated from Southland High School in 1975. He was united in marriage to Janice Dahle, July 1975, and they were later divorced. He was united in marriage to Diane Boeff on June 11, 2011, in Hayfield, MN. He worked for Laverne Bergstrom, Larson Products, Zimmerman AI, and 25 years at Crenlo. He also farmed with Wayne Scherbring, and Richard Jones. He was a member of the Southeastern Minnesota Tractor Pullers Association. David enjoyed motorcycling, and spending time with family and friends.
David is survived by his wife, Diane Boley, Hayfield, MN; his parents, Lawrence and Janet Boley, Byron, MN; daughters, Jennifer (Thomas Winsky) Neville, Austin, MN; Jessica (Larry) Andrist, Sargeant, MN; sons, Jason Boley, Sargeant, MN; Jonathan Boley, Albert Lea, MN; step sons, Jamie Boeff, Hayfield, MN; Jared (Melissa) Holtan, Hayfield, MN; and Joshua Holtan, Hayfield, MN; 14 grandchildren, one grandchild on the way; and one great grandchild on the way; brothers and sisters, Darrell (Wanda) Boley, Dexter, MN; Kenny (Debbie) Boley, Byron, MN; Cardy (Ron) Lewison, Houston, MN; Donna (Chuck) Jensen, Alexandria, MN; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by two grandsons, Kenneth and Brandon Boley, step daughter, Christina Holtan, and his grandparents.
Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2012, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 2nd Street NW in Hayfield, MN and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
