ELIZABETH ( ELSA) ROSS SNYDER

The funeral service for Elizabeth (Elsa) Ross Snyder will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2012, at the Faith Lutheran Church, 308 2nd Street, NW, Dodge Center, MN with Reverend Justin Boeding officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Dodge Center.
Elsa Ross Snyder, 80, died Tuesday morning, September 4, 2012, at her home in Dodge Center.
Elsa Ross was born on August 23, 1932, in Osijek, Yugoslavia, the daughter of Anton and Wilma (Kittle) Ross. She moved to the United States November 17, 1950. Elsa was united in marriage to William R. Snyder on January 24, 1953, in Northwood, IA. Elsa was an antique dealer and owned Elsa's Antiques in Dodge Center. She enjoyed baking and her family.
Elsa is survived by three sons, Ronald (Wanda) Snyder, Dodge Center, MN; Gary (Marge) Snyder, Dodge Center, MN; and Steven (Kathy) Snyder, Ironton, MN; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sisters; Anna Muehleis, Dodge Center, MN; Ericka Feierabend St. Louis, MO; Greta Drengenberg, Austin, TX; Cousin, John Vogl, New Ulm, MN; and special friend, Romeo Tlougan, Byron, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, William.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2012, at the Faith Lutheran Church. Czaplewski Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family prefers memorials to the Faith Lutheran Church.
