Evelyn Margaret Taylor

Evelyn Margaret Taylor, 97, of Hayfield, MN, formerly of Kasson, MN died on June 18, 2025, at Field Crest Nursing Home in Hayfield, MN. She was born on August 23, 1927, in Belmont County, Ohio. She grew up and lived in southern Minnesota most of her life. She married Floyd Taylor in 1970. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, canning, playing cards, quilting, and being with family. She also owned and cooked at the Dexter Restaurant.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nels and Blanch Bjerke; husband, Floyd Taylor; two sisters and two brothers; and two step children.

She is survived by brother, Arnold Bjerke and sister, Valore (Jim) Handhal both of Rochester; five daughters, Sharon Drazan of Kasson, MN, Donna Kreutz of Cokato, MN, Jean Kramer of Oklahoma, Janet Kramer, Melissa Taylor of Hayfield, MN and one son, Leroy Kramer; along with three stepchildren, sixteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Faith Lutheran Church, 308 2nd St NW, in Dodge Center, MN with visitation starting at 9:00 a.m. until the time of her service at the church. Inurnment will be in High Forest Cemetery.
