GARY ALDEN BANKS

The memorial service for Gary Alden Banks will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 301 8th Avenue in Kasson, MN with Reverend Randy Fett officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the church.

Gary Alden Banks, 59, died Wednesday evening, January 26, 2011, in Dodge Center, Minnesota.
Gary was born in Cannon Falls, MN on August 14, 1951, the son of Alden and Joan (Guenthner) Banks. He was united in marriage to Martha Hanenberger on July 7, 1973. Gary worked at a cement factory and later at a poultry farm. He loved spending time with his grandson, NASCAR races, and gardening.

Gary is survived by his wife, Martha Banks, Kasson, MN; two daughters, Ashley Banks (Mitchel Madery), Kasson, MN; Nicole Banks, Kasson, MN; grandson, Maverick Madery; mother, Joan Larson, Rochester, MN; three sisters, Sharon (Tom) Taylor, Lakewood, CO; Cindi (Curt) Roe, Eagan, MN; Melody (Randy) Finley, Dodge Center, MN; one brother, Wayne (Ida) Banks, Rochester, MN. He was preceded in death by his brother, Sheldon Banks and his father.
Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Dodge Center is in charge of arrangements.
