GUY DON CARLSON

The memorial service for Guy Don Carlson will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2014, at Faith Lutheran Church, 308 2nd Street NW in Dodge Center with Reverend Barbara Streed officiating.
Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church on Friday.
Guy Don Carlson, 18, of Dodge Center, passed away on July 8, 2014, in an auto accident near Dodge Center, MN.
Guy was born on November 15, 1995, the son of Kristi Carlson in Rochester, MN.
He attended Triton High School and worked at the Dairy Queen in Dodge Center. He was in Tae Kwon Do and enjoyed video games and was learning to play the guitar.
Guy is survived by his grandmother, Evonne Carlson of Dodge Center, MN; uncle, Chad Carlson, Dodge Center, MN; and aunt, Donna (Corey) Schmidt, Henderson, NV.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kristi Carlson and grandfather, Don Carlson. Memorials preferred to the family in lieu of flowers.
Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 25 South Street South in Dodge Center, MN assisted with arrangements.
