HELEN CONSTANCE JOHNSON

Helen Constance Johnson, 94, passed away on July 19, 2013, at Shorewood Commons in Rochester, MN. There will be a private family burial in Fairview Cemetery.

Helen was born on July 13, 1919, the daughter of Arthur and Thea (Tiegen) Vinless, in Vernon Township, Dodge County, MN.
Helen was united in marriage to Jerome Johnson. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, baking, flowers, and gardening. Helen was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Ladies Aid, and Joy Circle in Hayfield. After Jerome passed away, Helen moved to Rochester.


Helen is survived by her son, David Johnson, AZ; ex-daughter-in-law, Barbara Johnson, Antioch, IL; grandchild, Erika (Louis) Iacopetti, Lindenhurst, IL; and great grandchild, Natalie Iacopetti, Lindenhurst, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Donald; one granddaughter; and her husband, Jerome on July 18, 1996.

The family prefers no memorials, please. Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Hayfield assisted with arrangements.
