INGA EMMA (JOHNSON) FREY

The funeral service for Inga Emma Frey will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 104 1st Street SE in Hayfield with Reverend Paul Hauschild officiating. Interment will be in the Waltham Township Cemetery in rural Waltham.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 2nd Street NW and one hour before the service at the church on Wednesday.

Inga Emma Frey, 100, died on Friday morning, June 15, 2012, at Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield, MN.

Inga Emma Hollevoet was born on September 19, 1911, the daughter of Joseph and Helena (Knutson) Hollevoet in Fertile, MN. She was united in marriage to Sverre Johnson in 1932, and he died in 1985. In 1987, she married John R. Frey. Inga lived in Bemidji from 1969 until 2003, when she moved to Hayfield.
Inga is survived by her husband, John R. Frey, Manti, UT; children, Dale (Teresa) Johnson, Rosemont, MN; Joyce Lacy-Gould (Dave), Salt Lake City, UT; Shirley (Don) Comeau, Seneca, SC; Deanna (Darrell) Denisen, Eleva, WI; Sandy Johnson, Rochester, MN; and Steve (Kathy) Johnson, Rochert, MN. Also surviving are 23 grand children, several great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Sverre Johnson; daughter and son-in-law, Marlis (Merwin) White; sons-in-law, Gene Hartson and Randy V. Johnson; great granddaughter, Roberta Lee Faulhaber; great grandsons, Daniel Paul Mesich; Carson Randy Braun; and 10 brothers and sisters.

The family prefers memorials to your favorite charity in lieu of flowers.
