A memorial service for Keith Richard McDonald will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2010, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home 501 2nd Street NW in Hayfield, MN.
Keith Richard McDonald, 61, of Brownsdale, MN died on October 29, 2010, in Greencastle, PA.
Keith Richard McDonald was born in Emmetsburg, IA on March 4th 1949, to Keith James and Phyllis Darlene (Anderson) McDonald. During his short 61 years he lived his life the way he wanted and to the fullest.
Keith married Ginny (Virginia) Dunn on May 4th, 1973. They were later divorced and remarried on August 15th, 1998. He worked as a mechanic for a short time until he found the job of his dreams - driving truck. Keith was currently driving for Crenlo, out of Rochester, MN.
He was a talented musician He played the harmonica, guitar and was a wonderful singer. But his passion was the steel guitar.
Keith is survived by his wife, three daughters, Tiffany (Todd) Decker, Nancy Wilmot, Amanda (Joe) Rhodes; his mother, Phyllis McDonald; two brothers, Dan (Joan) McDonald; David McDonald; two sisters, Diane Schultz; Brenda Sturm; eight grandchildren, Tadd, Thomas, Timothy and Theodore Decker, Travis Thurman, Lora and Dustin Mesch and Isaac Rhodes. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, James McDonald. Keith has touched the lives of so many, and he will be greatly missed.
