The funeral service for Larry Gene Blake will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 2nd Street NW in Hayfield, Minnesota with Reverend Matt Fennell officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Brownsdale, Minnesota.

Larry Gene Blake, 57, died Sunday morning, November 4, 2012, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Larry was born on April 7, 1955, the son of Ervin and Lillian (Elias) Blake in Hayfield, MN.
Larry had worked for Cedar Valley in Austin for 30 years. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, Gospel Music and his church. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.

Larry is survived by his sister, Mary (Richard) Higgins of Bettendorf, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family prefers memorials to Cedar Valley in Austin, Minnesota.
