LARRY LEE WEINMANN

The memorial service for Larry Lee Weinmann will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 104 1st Street SE in Hayfield, MN with Reverend Darby Lawrence officiating.

Inurnment will be in West St. Olaf Cemetery in rural Hayfield. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church in Hayfield.

Larry Lee Weinmann, 63, passed away on January 5, 2014, at Season's Hospice in Rochester, MN after fighting a courageous battle with melanoma.

Larry was born on January 4, 1951, the son of Vernon and Ruth (Street) Weinmann in Fergus Falls, MN.

He was united in marriage to Roxanne Hyland on September 20, 1975, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hayfield. Larry served in the Minnesota National Guard. He worked at the Johnson Company as a service technician until 1997, when he went to work at IBM until his death. Larry loved to bake, watch cooking shows, movies, reading, playing with his grandchildren, spending time with friends at the lake on the pontoon and making beer.

Larry is survived by his wife, Roxanne Weinmann; children, Jeremy (Analia) Mott; Amber (Jeremy) Bolles, Haley (Dave) Mork; mother, Ruth Weinmann; brothers, Bill and Russ Weinmann; sister, Donna; four grandchildren, Ellie and Anna Mork and Landen and Mason Bolles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Weinmann.
