The funeral service for Darlene May Moeykens is at 11:00 a.m. today, Monday, August 31, 2009, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, here in Dodge Center with Reverend Carol Shaffer officiating. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Kasson, Minnesota.
Darlene was born on October 6, 1942, in Austin, MN and died, August 24, 2009, in Kasson, MN, at the age of 66.
Darlene enjoyed relaxing in her recliner and listening to music, especially Christmas music, having coffee and pie, working, singing, saying grace at meal time, going to church, and receiving letters from Bryan. She loved having her hair and make-up done, and having her picture taken. She was always asking to go bye, bye. Her hobby was collecting hot wheel cars. Darlene was referred to as the dancing queen, and now a dancing angel. Darlene was a faithful friend to all that she met.
Visitation is from 10:00–11:00 a.m. here at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home today.
