MARY ELIZABETH REIMANN
The Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Elizabeth Reimann will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, 404 West Main Street in Brownsdale with Father Dale Tupper celebrating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Brownsdale MN. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2016, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 2nd Street NW in Hayfield and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
Mary Elizabeth Reimann, 91, of Brownsdale, MN passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at St. Mark's Living in Austin, MN.
Mary was born on October 23, 1924, the daughter of James and Bridget (Gaffney) Dowling in Lake City, IA. She married Clayton Reynolds and they later divorced. On November 1, 1966, she married Arnold Reimann in Austin, MN. Mary was a homemaker, farmer's wife and restaurant owner. She was a member of Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church; CCW; Catholic Daughters; and the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed flower arranging, sewing, canning, embroidery work, quilting.
Mary is survived by her children, Rosalyn (Arvid) Tollefson, Leesburg, FL; Annette (Larry) Ludwig, Hernando, FL; Mary Jo Myer, Dodge Center, MN; Janice Thompson, Randolph, MN; James (Elaine) Reynolds, Spring Hill, FL; Patricia (Jimmy Kellner) Bergerson, Holder, FL; Shirley (Linn) Thoen, Blooming Prairie, MN; Bridget (Gene) Tapp, Brownsdale, MN; twenty-one grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren; and fifteen great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, father of her children, Clayton Reynolds; husband, Arnold; siblings, Louis, Eileen, Joseph, Julia, Charles, and twin brother, Mark; sons-in-law, LaVern Rollins, Jerry Thompson, and Frank Myer.
