MELVIN LLOYD HINDRICKSON

The memorial service for Melvin Lloyd Hindrickson will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 110 West Main Street in Dodge Center with Reverend Jean Boese officiating.

Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home on Saturday.

Melvin Lloyd Hindrickson, 79, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Cenneidigh Dodge SLS in West Concord.

Melvin L. Hindrickson was born on January 8, 1933, to Mike and Minnie (Hoeck) Hindrickson in Swea City, Iowa. The family moved to Minnesota in 1940. Melvin moved to Faribault in 1972, Waterville in 1984, and to West Concord in 1995.
Melvin worked as a farm hand at Welsh Farms. He loved to pick eggs and feed the baby calves and lambs.

Melvin is survived by one sister, Helen Delano, of Hayfield, MN; three nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Kenneth, and one nephew.
