The memorial service for Monica Jean Wolcott will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 2nd Street NW in Hayfield, MN with Reverend Paul Heppner officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Monica Jean Wolcott, 48, died Thursday morning, May 27, 2010, at her home in Hayfield.
Monica Jean Spath was born on September 20, 1961, the daughter of Allen and Maxine Marie (LeVasseur) Spath in Fargo, North Dakota. Monica was united in marriage to Robert Wolcott on June 7, 2002, in Austin, MN. Monica worked at Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Hospital and Methodist Hospital for 14 years as a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed cooking, camping, traveling and most of all her family.
Monica is survived by her husband, Robert Wolcott, Hayfield, MN; children, Brandon (Meghan) Kasper, Coon Rapids, MN; Travis Kasper, Hayfield, MN; Ashley Kasper, Austin, MN; Justin Kasper, Hayfield, MN; 2 grandsons, Gavin and Alex; brothers, Mike (Gretchen) Spath, Plymouth, MN; Myron (Kim) Spath, Maple Grove, MN; and sister, Mary (Dale) Loch, Watkins, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents.
