Paul Wayne Kvale

Paul Wayne Kvale, 54, of Dodge Center, MN peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.

Paul was born on January 1, 1969, in Albert Lea, MN to James and Gloria (Sveen) Kvale.   He grew up on their family farm in Lake Mills, IA.  He had a passion for farming and was active in FFA during his school years. He graduated from Lake Mills Community High School in 1987.  He began working at Universal Circuits - Dielectric.

Paul married his wife, Kelly Klinger in Cancun, Mexico in 2014, with all their families present.   He looked forward to traveling and vacations.  He was an avid camper and enjoyed fishing and boating.  He also enjoyed playing golf, bean bags, and snowmobiling.  He was a MN Vikings fan.  He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, IA.   Family was very important to Paul; he was willing to help anyone and loved a good joke.   He will be deeply missed.

Paul is survived by his wife, Kelly Kvale; mother, Gloria Kvale; siblings, Donna (Steven) Howard, Jeffrey (Jenae) Kvale, John Kvale, Ron (Chris) Kvale, and Darcy (TJ) Hauser; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim and sister-in-law, Julie.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes, 25 South Street SW in Dodge Center, MN with Pastor Keith Mosier officiating.  Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
