RICHARD ALVIN JOHNSON

The funeral service for Richard Alvin Johnson will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2014, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 25 South Street SW, in Dodge Center, MN with Reverend Dave Westlake officiating.

Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Dodge Center. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home on Saturday.

Richard Alvin Johnson, 72, passed away on February 17, 2014, at his home in Dodge Center.

Richard was born on April 19, 1941, the son of Alvin and Gladys (Krock) Johnson in Dodge Center, MN. He worked at Waters Instrument in Rochester for many years.

Richard enjoyed fishing, pheasant hunting, snowmobiling and gardening.

Richard is survived by his sisters, Ardie (Burt) Ramaker, Rochester, MN; Barb (Wally) Swing, Forest Lake, MN; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
