RICHARD ANDREW CHRISTY
Richard Andrew Christy, 48, passed away at his home in Hayfield, MN on March 8, 2017, due to health complications.

Richard Andrew Christy was born in Walnut Creek, California to Howard and Sandra May (McNeil) Christy on November 26, 1968.

He is survived by his wife, Josiane Christy; daughter, Shayla May Christy; siblings in California, Janice Langford, Bill Harold and Donna Walker as well as step-sister, Carol Hawkins; and step-brother, Jeff Hawkins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra May Hawkins and step-father, Bert Hawkins.

Anyone that knew Richard, knew of his fondness for a good joke, a great laugh, his fierce work ethic, his love of the Lord, the ability to always land a fish when out on a boat, and ultimately the adoration he had for his little daughter, Shayla May. He is loved and will be missed by all.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 410 ~ 3rd Avenue South West in Dodge Center, MN with Pastor Jim Martin officiating.
