RICHARD DUANE MORRIS

Richard Duane Morris, 69, of Kasson, MN passed away on July 24, 2017, of natural causes.

Richard was born May 23, 1948, the son of Garrol and Grace (Evans) Morris in Owatonna, MN. He graduated from Claremont High School and served in the United States Navy.

Richard was united in marriage to Mary Ann Massey on December 16, 1972, in Medford, MN and later divorced after 13 years.

Richard owned a Masonry Business Reliable Concrete for several years and was currently working for Morris Concrete. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, collecting coins, and playing with his grandchildren.

Richard is survived by his children, Jesse (Kelly) Morris, Eagle, NE; Jennifer (James) Mueske, Elgin, MN; nine grandchildren, Paige, Cody, Jace, Katie, and Reid Morris; Ethan, Brookelyn, Rylin and Gwendolyn Mueske; siblings, Carrol (Ellen) Morris, Rochester, MN; Barb (Harry) Smith, Belvidere, IL; Sandra McDonald, Neillsville, WI; and David (Barb) Morris, Portland, OR.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Dale, Donald, and James Morris.

Visitation will be 2:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 30, 2017, at Czaplewski Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, 25, South Street SW in Dodge Center.

Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 31, at Hillside Cemetery in Claremont with military honors by the Claremont American Legion.
