RUTH PHYLLIS HUBER

The funeral service for Ruth Phyllis Huber will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2011, at the Czaplewski Family Home, 110 West Main Street in Dodge Center. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Dodge Center, MN.

Ruth Phyllis Huber, 90, died on July 31, 2011, at Owatonna Care Center in Owatonna, MN. She was born on December 4, 1920, the daughter of Alfred and Emma (Anderson) Anderson in Two Harbors, MN. Ruth married Benjamin David Huber on December 5, 1954, and he died on December 17, 1982. She was an avid reader, gifted artistically, and had a strong sense of family and faith. She enjoyed traveling, and was an adventurous young woman. She traveled to Germany where she met her future husband, and they were married in Germany.

Ruth is survived by two sons, Stephen Huber, Dodge Center, Minnesota; Gerald (Deborah) Huber, Deer Park, New York; two grandchildren, Dianna and Daniel Huber; two brothers, Robert (Ellen) Anderson, Two Harbors, Minnesota; and Richard Anderson, in Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Benjamin; and one brother, Ellwood Anderson.
