Suzette Maureen Thurneau

Suzette Maureen Thurneau, 78, of Hayfield, MN passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, in Hayfield, MN.

Suzette was born on June 11, 1946, in Austin, MN to Willard and Delia (Falch) Apold.  She married Duane Thurneau and together they had two children.

Suzette is survived by her children, Vanessa (Jeff) Reinke of Brownsdale, MN and Chistopher (Shannon) Thurneau of Hastings, MN; siblings, Carol Ann (Earl) Milbrath, Dallas (Pam) Apold, and Rozette (Jerry) Keilen; grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Kiele, Katie, Ryan, Logan, Kaden, Dakota, Caleb, and Jaiden; and 9 great-grandchildren, Keaton, Hudson, Iris, Braelynn, Irelyn, Violette, Hayes, Scarlette, and Liliana. The family would also like to thank Jane and Nyla for their friendship and support along with the Mayo Clinic Hospice team - Emily, Amy Jo and Chaplain Joel.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

A celebration of Suzette’s life will be held from 12:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, October, 20, 2024, at the Reinke farm, 57595 290th St, Brownsdale, MN 55918.
